Your safety is our top priority at Kayak Carolina. If there is bad weather or turbulent water conditions on the day of your kayak rental, we may reschedule or cancel your rental for safety reasons. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule for a better time that day or another day.  If we cannot reschedule, we can provide a full refund. We monitor local conditions closely and will contact you if any changes need to be made.
